Our Group Personal Training Classes offer the best of both worlds – personalised coaching, dynamic workouts, and a high-energy group atmosphere that keeps you inspired and accountable.

Whether you're new to fitness or ready to break through plateaus, our certified trainers will tailor each session to fit your needs, ensuring progress at your pace – while being cheered on by a supportive group.

What to expect

  • Small Group Sizes (6-12 people): Get personalized attention without losing the group energy.

  • Tailored Workouts: Each session is designed to meet your fitness level and goals.

  • Expert Coaching: Certified trainers guide form, technique, and progression.

  • Diverse Training Styles: Strength, HIIT, mobility, core, and conditioning – no two sessions are the same.

  • Motivating Environment: Positive vibes, team energy, and accountability.

Class Details

  • Frequency: Up to 4 sessions a week. Monday 7pm, Wednesday 6pm. Thursday 7pm, Friday 6am ( women only class )

  • Duration: 60 minutes

  • Equipment Provided: Yes – just bring water and energy!

  • Open To: All fitness levels
